Mr. Atwater is a nuclear industry veteran. His thirty-seven years of commercial nuclear experience include twenty-seven power stations, two Department of Energy sites, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Mr. Atwater not only performed on site, but has reviewed in excess of sixty-two (62) nuclear ISFSI's and performed numerous crane inspections and corrections.
